HOW IT ALL WORKS

Following the initial consultation, a letter of engagement is prepared outlining the services required, the timeline or hours required and the terms of payment.

Services are billed monthly in 15 minute increments and includes details of the work delivered. Retainer packages are also available.

Bookkeeping services are generally delivered using cloud-based accounting system which allows both your Accountant and you to always have access to the file.

Services can be provided as required or a set number of hours allocated per week or per month. In some occassions, work is conducted onsite.

For the telephone answering service, clients are allocated a dedicated phone number. Clients can either insitagate a permanent diversion to that dedicated number or divert their phone as required.  Calls are answered in your company name and actioned as required on behalf of the client.
